Six engineering choices that set the CORE One L+ apart:
CoreXY uses two fixed motors in the corners that pull on a long, continuous loop of belts to move a tool head. Because the heavy motors are fixed in place, the gantry is incredibly light, allowing for blazing fast speeds and outstanding precision.
All‑Aluminum AC Heatbed with only <2°C Variance Across 99% of the Surface
The all-new, all-aluminum heatbed with dual-loop heating provides beautifully uniform heat distribution, killing warping and cold corners. The printer automatically distinguishes between 110V and 230V grids and intelligently configures the heatbed for consistent performance in any part of the world. Everything is protected by robust multi-layer security systems.
Active Chamber with Smart Temperature Management
Two fans on the underside of the heatbed create a convection effect - they bring cold air in and blast it across the massive heated surface to quickly bring the chamber all the way up to 60 °C.
Fully Enclosed CoreXY Architecture

Open Source Approach
CAD files are published. Firmware source code is on GitHub. You can inspect, modify, or compile your own version. No locked bootloaders, no cloud dependency. We've been shipping open-source printers since 2012.
Automatic Chamber Vent Control
When you select a low-temperature material (e.g., PLA or PETG), the printer will automatically open the top vent using a lever on the extruder. For high-temperature materials, the vent is automatically closed.
1080p Camera with Night Vision
A 1080p camera with night vision is included in the package, and you’re free to choose whether to install it. You can use it to monitor your prints via Prusa Connect / Prusa App or to easily create timelapse videos.

The printer comes assembled and pre-calibrated from the factory, so you don’t have to do anything to get the best performance out of the box. However, you are completely free to customize your printer to your liking. No parts of the printer are glued together, everything can be taken apart with a set of screwdrivers, and there’s plenty of room for mods, creativity, and customization - so go ahead and make the CORE One L+ your own!

The CORE One L is much more than just a larger CORE One. We didn't just scale it up; we took everything that worked great and added features for effortless large-format printing.
For the body, we have chosen an effective combination of a solid steel frame and aluminum panels to create a lightened version of our proven exoskeleton design. And the results are compelling: the machine’s outside dimensions are only 10% larger (in each axis) than the CORE One, yet it maintains the same weight, and the print volume is doubled!
