I’ve been finishing higher and higher, even got a podium the other day. It is extremely stable in flight, and working on it has been incredibly easy. I am surprised at how the flight controller has held up – it is more protected than I expected. Redpine is a dream. Putting an 85% throttle cap on it improves the battery vastly. For angle racing, the camera angle was too aggressive. After a buddy glued the camera to about a 30 degree angle greatly improved angle racing performance, at the cost of acro performance. I cannot state enough how much I love the flight performance, stability, and workability of this platform. feature in such an integrated manner is where the whole secret sauce resides\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis 3″ 1S format offers the possibility to push incredibly intricate ideas down to an incredibly simple execution thanks to the low prop load\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this case, I’ve chosen to make the top and bottom plates clamped to the standoffs,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile using the same standoffs as pivots for the arms, themselves sandwiched between 2 TPU shims and a nylon spacer to press them down in position\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThose TPU shims also serve 2 purposes at the same time; they primarily provide friction for the quick deployment of the arms, while also dampening the junctions\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis helps reduce the number of vibrations transmitted to the FPV and HD camera (more on that in a bit) and the FC gyro, enabling smooth footage and easy
